• 2+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales (EdTech is a plus).

The Role:

Lead the development of user-facing features for our main school management application. You will focus on performance, responsiveness, and clean code, ensuring an exceptional user experience for teachers, students, and parents.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaborate with the design team to implement pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces.
• Optimize application performance, loading times, and accessibility (WCAG).

Requirements:

• 3+ years professional experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Deep expertise in state management, responsive design, and CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS preferred).
• Strong knowledge of web performance tools and optimization techniques.

The Role:

Pioneer the integration of generative AI models and machine learning features into the Farabio platform. This includes developing and deploying new AI-powered tools that enhance learning and administrative efficiency across our schools.

Responsibilities:

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for features like automated reporting, personalized content recommendation, and predictive student analytics.
• Work with foundation models (LLMs) and vector databases to build smart, contextual AI assistants.
• Establish MLOps best practices for model monitoring and maintenance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in ML/AI development, with a focus on production deployment.
• Proven experience with Generative AI and LLM integration (e.g., using Vertex AI, OpenAI, or similar APIs).
• Strong expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and data science tooling.
• A Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field is highly desirable.

The Role:

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable features for our core school management platform, spanning both frontend (React/Angular) and backend (Node.js/Python) services.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Expertise in cloud environments (GCP/AWS) and database design.
• A passion for clean code and strong collaboration skills.

The Role:

You will drive the end-to-end design process, translating user research and product goals into intuitive, beautiful, and accessible interfaces for our web and mobile applications.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in product design for SaaS/B2B applications.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX principles and visual design.

The Role:

You will develop training materials, knowledge base articles, and in-app guidance to ensure our users (teachers and administrators) can effectively utilize all Farabio features.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in content creation, preferably in EdTech.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on technical clarity.
• Experience as a former teacher or school administrator is a plus.
